The main model Holyrood Coaching uses is called TRANSFORM

Topic – throughout the coaching journey, every strategy and task should address the goal - your topic
Reflect – it is essential for both client and coach to reflect upon feelings, learning’s and progress
Ask questions – powerful questions help evoke further discovery and self awareness
New understanding – self discovery and awareness helps to push the client out of their comfort zone
Stretch – as a coach, I will always be challenging, encouraging and pushing the client to achievements
Further enquiry/discovery – greater understanding results in insights and breakthroughs
Ownership – professional coaching is non directive, the client is responsible for their development
Review progress – the coach and client will each log the learning, challenges and obstacles faced
Move forward – the coach will ensure the client is always moving with purpose and achievement
